The following are all made from the finest ingredients and offer a varied selection for any fork buffet. We may have included an ingredient that you would prefer to be omitted due to personal taste, if this is the case please discuss at the time of ordering as all our dishes are homemade and can be amended to accommodate your request.

Coronation Chicken
Chunky pieces of succulent chicken, bound in a sweet, fruity mayonnaise, lightly spiced with curry paste. Finished with seedless grapes and flaked almonds.

Honey Roast Ham
Yorkshire ham, oven roasted whilst basted with a mix of honey and mustard, finished as a caramelised glaze.
£2.50 per portion

Rare Roast Beef
Topside of beef, oven roasted to rare, sliced and served with horseradish sauce.
£2.50 per portion

Whole Dressed Salmon
Whole Scottish salmon, poached, skinned and decorated. Tender flakes served to your plate with wedges of lemon.
£3.25 per portion (Minimum 10 Covers)

Chicken Supreme
Supreme of tender chicken, lightly poached in white wine, served with a lemon mayonnaise.
£2.00 per portion

Galantine of Chicken & Duck
A fresh chicken, carefully boned and stuffed with duck breasts. Rolled and poached, then thinly sliced and served with a fruit sauce.
£3.25 per portion (Minimum of 8 Covers)

Seafood Salad
A mouth-watering selection of seasonal seafood in the dressing of your choice, served with wedges of lemon: Marie rose, lemon mayonnaise or olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Salmon Tartar
A delicious combination of fresh and smoked salmon, married with crème fraiche and dill vinaigrette.

Quiche V
Wedges of savoury quiche with a choice of fillings, including quiche Loraine, olive and sun dried tomatoes, mushroom, goat’s cheese and herb, asparagus, French onion, Wensleydale and apricot or cottage cheese and broccoli.

Curried Nut Roast V
Ever popular whether a vegetarian or not, an inspired combination of fresh vegetables and nuts, lightly spiced and served loaf style.

Layered Vegetable Terrine V
Layers of seasonal vegetables lightly steamed and pureed, wrapped in vine leaves and cooked in a terrine. This is served with a delicious sauce – a popular dish if vegetarian or a meat eater.
