Suppers


This section is designed to offer a light supper / snack, at the end of an event.. if you wish to offer as a main meal of the day, this is not a problem – we shall increase portion sizes for a supplementary cost* of £2.00 per head

Lasagne*
Traditional home made lasagne served with garlic bread and a tossed green salad and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
£5.50 per portion

Chilli Can Carnie*
Tasty but not too hot! Served with a jacket potato and soured cream.
£5.50 per portion

Beef in Red Wine*
A lovely rich, warming supper, Served either with boiled rice or a jacket potato.
£6.50 per portion

Mushroom Stroganoff* V
Smooth & creamy flavours – suitable for the vegetarians. Served with Rice.
£5.50 per portion

Chicken Curry*
Unless otherwise requested, I make this a Medium heated curry, made with Coconut Milk. Served with Rice and Mango Chutney.
£5.50 per portion

Meat & Potato Pie*
Tender chunks of slow cooked beef and potato topped with either a flaky or short crust pastry. Served with garden peas.
£5.50 per portion

Vegetable Chilli* V
This basically contains as many seasonal vegetables as I can get my hands on. Quite spicy – and loved by meat eaters as well as vegetarians; served with Jacket potato or rice.
£4.95 per portion

Hot Turkey or Pork Sandwiches
Fresh hot roasted joints of meat, sliced for your guests and served into soft white bread cakes. Served in a napkin with Cranberry & port sauce or Apple sauce.
£3.95 per portion

Bacon or Sausage Butties
Freshly cooked and served into soft white bread cakes. Served with tomato ketchup, mustard and brown sauce.
£3.25 per portion

All the above meals can be elaborated on. Additional vegetables and potatoes can be offered at an additional price.
